TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S)

GENERAL TERMS

- Provide a neat reference or link to reference.
- If you do not have a reference or art, there will be an additional fee +30-50%.
- Please write specifically what you want.
- I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission, for whatever reason.

PAYMENT

- All orders must be paid: full prepayment, or for orders over 100$ you can pay half up front and half after sketch approval.
- Prices may change based on your demand.
- I don't refund money if work has already started.
- I currently only accept USD on PayPal (Friends and Family).
- Invoice is not available in my country, so please send payment by my mail.
- Other payment methods can be discussed (Monobank, Privat24, etc.)

PROCESS

- You will be provided with Work In Progress (WIP) screenshots for Sketch and Flat Color only.
- All edits are done at the Sketch stage.
- After the commission is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (like adding glasses, etc)
- Any great changes after completion will result in you being charged extra.
- Deadline can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on different circumstances, complexity of the work, size of the order, etc.
- I am constantly updating the information in the COMMISSION PROGRESS. Please check it before asking me about the progress of your order.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

All rights to the created drawing belong to the artist.
The customer only owns the rights to the character itself.Artist's Rights:
- Post and display it wherever I wish to.
- Promote myself with it in any place or site.Client's Rights:
- The artwork may be used for personal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artistIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Copyright infringement (NOT allowed):
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off of it in any way)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermark/signaturesAdditional rules and charges
- Not placing a drawing anywhere will always cost +100% of original price.
- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be +250% of original price.
- With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork,
use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking etc.
- Credit is ALWAYS required for usage of the artwork, even if rights are purchased, or the art
is edited.
